With all the time off work at the moment, I have no excuse not to be getting my watercolours or oils out, particularly with the wonderful views I have from my flat. Oh well Rolling Eyes

That was lucky the wife just been on the phone. She says we got it from Athena. She recognised it before me...apparently, I won't argue!....had it 2 years now and it was 75 quid, tho if I'd known that I wouldn't have let her buy it! Measures roughly 3 feet by 2 feet. Heres a closer piccy of it tho the camera/flash has messed up the colour balance. Does look kida painted I 'spose when you see it in the flesh. Proper canvas etc etc....

hmm it leads the eye "into" the picture. Sort of draws you in. Hats off to the person that took it, they've obviously got an eye for these things. I like the way that the sky has been mess'd about with to give mood. Its as if its not even of this world.

It's all to do with the Rule of Thirds. Google will tell you what it is better than I can.

A very achey left wrist after our long run out Thursday. Plenty of gearchanging meant lots of clutch-ery, and my old limbs have cried 'enough already'

Think I need a twist-n-go ...... Shocked
