hearing the words i didnt want to hear about my back 6 months minimum for it to get better, then that glimmer of hope was quickly robbed from me after that with the doc saying it may never get better! fcuk it Sad

Sorry to hear about the news Matt.
Doc told me 12 months for my back and neck injuries to heal but... 18 months later and its still not right. Sad

Best thing to do is just rest all the time and dont touch nothing too heavy!

got up this morning with a badly swollen left foot, could barely walk on it, went to walk in centre and they seem to think it could be a stress fracture, nothing showed up on xray, only to be told it could take a few weeks to show up on xray, oh joy!
told if it's still swollen and painful in 2 weeks I will need to go back to doctor and have another xray. only treatment is rest and anti inflammatories, which I can't take Rolling Eyes

cos they cause stomach problems. Hopefully they have got it wrong and a couple of days rest will sort it, I hope Twisted Evil

Had a sh*t day plastering a wall and it just wouldn’t go right, got there in the end but at the cost of blisters so I will have to get the wife to give me a hand tonight still it not all bad then Laughing
