I sent one of my alloys for refurbishment on Monday ... they told me it would take 5 days and be back this lunchtime. Just phoned ... they've had the wrong wheel back  and could I wait a bit longer for it!!!! ... NO I CAN'T been using a spacesaver wheel at a max of 50mph all week !!!!!

fucking P & H IN BRIGHTON, went to see about my new leathers & seat cowl (again) today, only to find the seat cowl has been there for 2 days but they forgot to phone, now bear in mind this was ordered 2 weeks ago when they told my it will be here in 5 days, as for the leathers........its now been 4 WEEKS, i ordered them, they needed adjusting, worked out what size needed to be taken off,,,,ok mr harris they will be ready in 1 WEEK. i kept going back every weekend but no joy, same excuses ( not heard from 9 knives) any way go back today, they tell me they are due today. ok i said ill fone later....waited until 5pm they say that 9 knives forgot to put them in there delivery... fuck it i said you bunch of idiots, lets see if they turn up......  i think this will be the last time ill buy any thing from them.

Personally dude id demand a refund and take my buisness elsewhere ..either that or they better throw in some goodies as compensation  |
