Got my pushbike out today and cycled up to Box and back, 77 miles in total. Only thing is, knees are aching !

yesterday (sat) getting out on the bike again (2nd time in 2 weeks) thanxs lorne for fitting the tail tidy, & thanxs lorne & bruce for the ride out im slowly getting used to the newbike, the miles are racking up slowly, here's to that first service Wink

Rode my zx9 for the first time!! (properly!!), will admit she is way to heavy for me, and im not quite tall enough but i managed ok... Smile

and yes it was on a private road (oh the joys of living on a farm!)
