dad had an off this morning. the rug he leaves under his bike somehow caught onto the back, 1/4 mile down the road the thing caught into the wheel and he went flying.
broken his left arm in several places and dislocated his left elbow. He also broke his right wrist. and before any one says awt he was wearing all the correct gear.
so not a great start to the day this mornin. |

That'll be about the time he finds out just how much his loved ones love him if ya get my meaning. 
I had both arms in plaster a few years back (bike accident of course  ) and have to say "interesting" is an understatement. Before you all start, I wanna say that with much difficulty and not a small amount of pain, I did manage to wipe my own arse! No way was I gonna suffer that much humiliation.
