A catalogue of disasters first the sims didn't work, then they set them up wrong, so we cancelled the DD, we then paid last month as it was all sorted out, but then they wanted a re-connection charge £455  this was sorted last week (or so I thought), but today found they'd taken £455 by DD !!!!!
All sorted ... we're getting a refund ... but we have to go to the bank and sort it out, they can't just give us our money back

I may have forgiven him if he had apologised ....anyone can make a mistake and I did (just) manage to swerve/stop in time....
...but the cheeky b@stard started swearing at me, like it was my fault for travelling along the main road when he wanted to cross it!!!  ...Unbelievable!!!
