Yep m8t was there at Boxhill about 14:00, 23 of us from afar a field as Leeds...... nearly slipped on the leaves when we arrived so it was on the cards for me.
Suzuki lower fairing £225 from the dealer found a guy who can get it repaired and back as new for just over £100, waiting for confirmation tomorrow night.
Looked on the skidmarx site but they don't make lower fairings for K5 the latest is K3.
Didn't hurt myself just my bike but it will be sorted soon.
Thankx for the support guys.

I feel SOOO much better reading this thread - dropped my bike when turning in to park beside several other bikes, was dreading the 'domino effect'. Luckily it didn't happen but could've.
As for what pissed me off, my wee boy went to do his CBT today, but as he's never so much as BEEN on a bike (apart from that little joint on the back of Wivvy's Dad's pan the other day) he hadn't quite got the hang of the clutch control before they were due to go out on the road, and the instructor thought he'd be better off coming back another day as he wouldn't have been safe. Never mind, I hear you say, but it'll cost me another £40!
But I did get really brave and took him for a little jaunt on the back of mine, my first ever pillion passenger! So that's another thing that I'm smiling about. Oh dear, got my "pissed off" and "smiled" threads mixed up again... |

I think it's a bit harsh calling calling your mates vegetables though |

Getting a right earful.......
....of mucus!!!
...I blame someone's cold germs, personally....
And, right next to the box of wine beside the pc chair, is a small amount of (now cooled) Olive Oil ....in a whisky glass....
so, I'm wondering, ....how many more glasses of wine before I forget that its not actually whisky???
(I could move it, but that would ruin the suspense.... )
...At least I won't be able to hear myself scream...... |

unfortunately in this case when they're paying us tens of thousands of pounds to write their software, and then go installing endless bollux on the server it means we should charge them extra(!)
looks like i'm gonna be at work late tonight! |
