Sad probably was disabled because then the company doesnt have to pay the same tax as a VCR player when it's imported... silly but it saves them money somehow..

i wonder if mine works.. any way to test it/find out SB?

As far as I was aware you can't enable an AV-In, only DV-in. I had a jvc which was dv-in disabled and was useless anyway as the helmet cam required AV-in.

Got a canon MV5i-MC to use instead but the vibes have killed it. Sad Need to send it off for service.

Evo i thought that was the case too... DV In is what you need to control the cam from outside, AV in is just a hardwired input...

oh and SB the cam is a JVC GR-DVL157 Smile has DV In/Out

Mr Honda really got to me today with the most ridiculous exhaust system that I have ever had the displeasure of working on. If anyone is buying a VFR400 or RVF400 make sure the exhaust is sound. It only took 5 hours to change with some cunning inginuity!!!!!!!!!! What a waste of a hot sunny day.

Hmm not the best ride today. 10 miles after we leave the meet up point near some War and Peace thing near paddock wood, and my mate on his 1200 Bandit rearends my other mate on his ZX636! Traffic had stopped as he'd turned back around after looking behind him, stamped rear brake Shocked which locked up the back end and spun it into my mate at the front; which then took them both over. Needless to say that ended the days riding. Sad

Still no-one hurt and the bikes can be fixed, luckily we were just moving with the traffic and not going faster!
