i've got my plaster off already! 
have to do exercises every hour and keep it in a sling inbetween but it means i can wash my arm!!! |

i think the bike might need a few mods before i could ride it just yet ....something along the lines of enabling the throttle to be operated via a chin-attachment perhaps...?
the elbow is coming along quite well though. i still can't straighten my arm beyond about 110 degrees but i CAN now bend it far enough to pick my nose i think that's damn good progress for 2 weeks!!!! |
