Just got a phone call from 3 Cross Motorcycles...
I'd been chasing them re my replacement chainguard that I ordered on 7th January and they did some digging into why it kept not arriving with the Sachs delivery...
Turns out they don't make them any more
He's going to try and find an after market one that'll fit but it doesn't look like I'll be able to get back out on the bike this weekend as I had hoped. |

What you need is a nice person in the line of metal fabrication to fashion you one out of some nice alumiunium.... _________________

Cycling to work today at the usual 5.40am. Roadworks because of a gas leak, traffic lights not seeing my cycle, have to either wait for a car to turn up, jump the lights or get off and push cycle along pavement. No wonder cyclists jump lights so often ! _________________ It's all down to quality of life ! |

Getting attacked by a low flying traffic cone on the way home, conditions were bad enough as it was without one of those jumping out at you. _________________ Its better to regret something you did rather than something you didnt do... |

Having to slam on my brakes for a red landrover that decided to go all the way around a roundabout without indicating... _________________ You start the game of life with a full pot o' luck and an empty pot o' experience. If you can't get it going with bungee cords and gaffa tape, it's serious. |

Tea with lemon juice and 4 teaspoons of honey...3 times a day...will sort that cold right out for you. Oh..and don't put milk in that...unless you like lumps... _________________ You start the game of life with a full pot o' luck and an empty pot o' experience. Or....... adjust your speed on approach to said roundabout to match the conditions, i.e. red landrover approaching so I'll back off a bit till I can see what he's doing etc.............. |

Recruitment agencies...
"I'll get back to you in 15 minutes"......half an hour later, call em back "you need to speak to the <insert random town name here> branch, we no longer deal with that"
Call appropriate branch, "I'm sorry, we can't seem to find your records on our system, you'll have to speak to the people you've just spoken to."
How much more difficult can they make it to get a fkn job reference? _________________ You start the game of life with a full pot o' luck and an empty pot o' experience. The objective is to fill the pot of experience before you empty the pot of luck.
