The Editors were brilliant at Plymouth Pavilion last night. Great sound and slick performance. Support band, The Red Light Company, are worth checking out. Well worth the 400 mile round trip. _________________ Just call me Waki. |

Flying out to sweden next week. Been a very manic Thursday & Friday.
My passport expired monday just gone, I got offered a job that requires me going to Sweden for a week and learning swedish.
So, job interview Wednesday, job offer Thursday, booked my appointment at the passport office for Friday at 8:45am (the slot got cancelled as I was on the phone, or I wouldn't have got an appointment), up at 5am Friday to leave for the London passport office at 6:30. Arrived at the passport office at 8:40, picked up my passport just before 1pm.
I can't wait!
While I was in London, I stopped at an Italian cafe on Buckingham Palace Road for a quick bite of breakfast. Good food, better hospitality.
They let me just sit there for 2 an a half hours and when the guy who runs the place saw me holding a bottle of mineral water to my arm using it as an ice pack, he got me a can of diet coke out the fridge, told me to use that instead because it was colder.
Well impressed with the hospitality there. _________________ You start the game of life with a full pot o' luck and an empty pot o' experience. The objective is to fill the pot of experience before you empty the pot of luck.

I was driving along at the legal limit in the cage, when an astra van overtakes & I notice a sticker in the back window, 'Back Off, I'm sticking to the speed limit'. He pulls in, in front of me, then overtakes the car in front, narrowly missing oncoming traffic ! _________________ It's all down to quality of life ! |

Nearly finished the work on my bandit, just a few left to do after fitting the 1200 swingarm, chain/sprockets and jackup kit.
Center stand is useless now, it doesn't reach the ground anymore unless i put blocks of wood underneath it! lol |
