Having to take the train. I didn't feel confident enough to ride in high winds. It was so bad, that the Dartford bridge was shut.

I risked the traffic at Dartford this morning. Poxy drivers of cages don't have a clue. Ride in was real windy - got a right good battering. Even slowed down in places to a measley 60mph.

That's the problem. I was going to ride to work today but I'm glad I didn't. I was behind some Honda Accord who was drifting in and out of the central reservation. And then you get the lorries being blown all over the place but still driving like dickheads...

Watching CCTV footage of three thugs walking through a town centre and attacking two teenagers for no reason what so ever, no exchange of words etc at all, one of the thugs just punched one of the teenagers as he passed them, cut a long story short, they took the phone from the dazed teenager who was on all fours, he was in no position to even think about retaliating, you see one of the thugs stab him several times, he died as a result, they attack the other and seriously injure him, it was awful.

Reading that has really turned my stomach. What an awful thing to happen. And like Lost says, thugs are taking over. These guys should be put down - they're worse than dangerous dogs because they supposedly have a brain that should know better. Twisted Evil

Nice choice especially if you are going to do some fast touring.
