le sigh...
just got off phone with claims people, still haven't received description from third party, but they have sent witness statement from the person who pissed off before giving me any details, turns out he's nicely left out most of the stuff leaving me without a leg to stand on
its all coming down to whether or not we can finally get the third party description and hopefully that l point out the holes in the witness statement

Is this going back to the off on the back road from that pub over by Dunc's? Or is this a separate thing?
