1. always ask for a quote and call to proceed 2. too expensive then don't have work done 3. work done without authority to proceed then don't pay. Mate of mine with BMW car - replace 5 dash board lights cost £100 ?? - because sir, the workshop guide allows half hour/£20 to strip down clock housing - what 5 times - well no sir - then that will be £20 + 5 bulbs - thank you sir, that will be £30 and we won't charge for replacing the £400 air con unit we accidentally broke Embarrassed

Yes, I really should have asked 'how much?' first. But Suzuki are charging CH about £25 to wire his Brake Text unit in ...about half an hour's labour.

BMW (Battersea) reckon my satnav took an hour and a half - at about £80 an hour labour.

Feel totally ripped off.

Getting out for a short run to Box, Newlands and Home. Fecking traffic everywhere; none of my "fun" corners were clear. Box was full, even the overflows were filling up, Newlands was so badly packed, there was no space to stop.

Sore wrists and pissed off now.

Great weather though!

According to the woman in the o2 store where i gt my phone...i must have got it in carphone warehouse because my details wern't showing up on her screen

Ive been on the phone to the store and the online customer service people to no avail. Because aparently when they replace a broken phone it is only covered for 3 months. am anoyed since this is like the 5th faulty phone they have given me!

plus online customer service told me to phone the store where i got it and the store told me to phone customer service. not happy
