A mate has been using this saying for years and years and I never thought about it but now I've written it down and you've pointed it out do I realise what a pile of rubbish this saying is Evil or Very Mad

we had slabs down then they ripped them up and put a low grade pavement down for us to put bikes on, then they realised that it wouldn't be up to the job so put a raod grade tarmac or so they said down on the part the shop owns. that was 6 months ago it has melted in this heat.

TFL are responable for the pavement. they are actually been very helpful, very sympatetic on the phone, gave me all the details I need to put a claim in. they sent out their workmen yesterday and they said they couldn't patch it because conways (who did the work as a sub contractor) have messed up again.

My company has now implemented its 4 day week scheme so I'm losing a fair amount of money every month Sad on the upside at least I have a job, I suppose, but it's not good.

I hope they are not docking the full 20%. A lot of places I know doing that are only docking 15%
