World Superbikes and Moto GP from now till 6:30pm tonight on Eurosprt just a shame i have to go to rehearsal for 4 hours in the middle of it all

Serendipitous, impromptu rideout with Phoenix, enjoying a good chin wag & the glorious sunshine before the heavens open tomorrow!

Any uneveness cannot be attributed to this injury. The pain is very slight and very occassional. The prognosis for pain of a boney excision in this area is considerable.
The consultant said if the pain becomes worse or changes, He will be happy to review this decision.
A good result I feel  |

Fixed another problem with me Hornet and took a GSXR600 for a test ride.
Wasn't overly impressed with the GSXR, but was nice to try it out.
