THIS !!!!
An internal chain tensioner in the motor of the KLR. After reading loads of tales on another forum on how this is a problem area, i decided to buy upgraded parts to fit. Opened it up and this is what i found.
I'm smiling because the broken spring normally ends up in the camchain or gearbox ! _________________ Just call me Waki. |
