Its not the bends im botherd about it running on metzlers and not me pilots. They didnt feel nice tonight 
Yeh i know but cheep way to get back out on track. Dont know how i will get on or if i get to tired. but worth the crack even if i only do 1 session.

another "what made me smile"........waking up and going food shopping for the first time in a year with the missus and kez then getting home and not being too tired to make dinner for them.
prawns, tuna, and scallops tossed into a mixed leaf salad and dressed with olive oil,lime corriander and parsley crossed with a few slithers of parma ham ...perfik for a warm evening |
