At least they've been unsuccesful trying to get money out of the cash machines - yes, they have tried................................
The 24/7 insurance helpline is closed, only open Mon-Fri 9-5.
And the police are not much help, too busy harassing motorcyclists no doubt.......................
Oh sorry, is that too politically incorrect?

I cannot find a single place to fit my new GPS. It also needs wiring in if I want more than 4- 5 hrs use from it.
Two choices.
1. Carry it in my pocket to tell me where I am when I get lost.
2. Ask one of you clever practical types to help me one weekend. |
If you require help with installing electrics marc ...gimme a shout |

Once I sort the mount out, I may well take you up on that. There is one fecking long cable that I want to be short and removable for track days so will need some pluggage and things. Thank Slappy. |

Sorry to hear this, be carefull if you receive a phone call telling you bag has been found, as this could be a ploy to get you out of the house. Don't mean to panic you but I heard of someone who had their bag stolen at bluewater, went home and received a call saying bag had been found and asked to collect. When they reached the shopping centre, security said they knew nothing. When she went home the scum had been through the house. _________________ It's all down to quality of life ! |

Being invited to a wedding on a Thursday FFS... what a really shite day to get married... And it's up North too ... So that'll cost me 2 days off work, and a f*cking toaster grrrr.
Still on the plus side, I might just have to make a bike w/e of it _________________

Actually that's really quite funny. The house is a total wreck at the moment. Since our burst pipe in January, a succession of building chaps have been in there, so..........
There's no furniture/PC's/tv's/video's/DVD's etc etc - they were all ruined by water.
There's no plaster on the walls.
There's no ceilings.
Anything else is with us in temporary accomodation.
I'm hoping they'll take pity on us, and put some things INTO the house.....
As an extra measure, we have Chubb locks on all exterior doors - those keys were not lost, so all doors are now double locked. |
