Or you could have taken the scenic route to work, or perhaps stopped for a cooked breakfast...but no, instead you made yourself look like an arse-kisser to your boss. Wink Laughing

'scuse me for butting in here, but if its email and not available for general consumption isn't a little provocative to give us little tidbits like this?
I got an email from my boss yesterday and I agree with her 100% too.

It doesn't get any more cryptic than this, but a least with a crossword you have some chance of solving the clue! Laughing

Agreed. I keep attributing comments to Athos that he was nowhere near.
Now my avatar is as minimalist as you can get.

Several things to do with the bike.

No bulbs/lamps/filaments (take your pic) came with the headlight!

Had real difficulty locating the H9 for the main beam - went to Premiers and Suzuki wanted something like £43 + vat Shocked

So after some hunting around Southern Motor Factors contacted a small auto factors in Coney Hall who had one (Shocked again) these were turning into the preverbial rocking horse poo. Real nice Guy in the shop that charged me £13 inc VAT now that really pissed me off at that point, not because i got a good deal but why do Suzuki and other manufacturers cars and bikes do such knobbish things!

Also as stated before the tank shroud which was £135+vat did not come with the required neoprene seal nor the velcro pads!

I don't know why you think you have the right to criticise what I write on this forum. If this was the first time you have said something like this to me then i would let it go, but it isn’t.

Not everything that happens on here has to involve you, or be relevant to you. There is plenty of stuff goes on on here that I don’t have a clue about, but I just ignore it and move on to something that is relevant or involves me. What I DON’T do is criticise the person that posted it just because I don’t get it.

So, please and kindly, take you criticism and stick it firmly up your arse.

Thank you

Thank you all for your lovely posts, the girls and I are totally fine. They were asleep when it all happened and I was as cool as a cucumber (usually am in situations like this), which I think helped. Although the girls think it's pretty cool to change cars every day and keep asking 'is that our new car mummy?' Volvo S40, Ford Mondeo, Ford Fiesta...

As for the juicy bits (Roughie and Co Laughing ), live story-telling is being organised for Sunday at my birthday BBQ! Wink

I am now dealing with an absolute star of an insurer (French accent working then I hear you say... Wink ). He has been brilliant all along, so hopefully that will last. Filed a complaint with the AA regarding their appealling customer service, 2nd time in as many months. AA: never again!!!!! Evil or Very Mad

Sadly, I am almost more pissed off by the antics on this forum, the cock fighting (litterally, mine's bigger than yours, etc) and the 'diplomatic' people (yes, take that in a VERY sarcastic way, I'd call them hypocrite, but then I'm French...). None of this directed at me as such, but nonetheless.

People all have qualities and flaws, which is what makes the forum an interesting and very rich place to be. It's why you get such varied opinions and points of view. It's also why I love it so much, why I got a bike engine changed in exchange for a smile; support and offers of help after an accident, met dozen of new faces, etc.
Not all and everyone always got on 100% (that is not possible) but with small concessions, small flare-ups would blow away fairly quickly... I, for one, am not the most diplomatic person ( Rolling Eyes ), I can be abrupt and 'scary' (allegedly), but I have been known to apologise when I realised that it will do more harm than good to stand my ground.

(And I am not giving anyone orders, I am just putting my thoughts into writing, and if that make 1 person think twice about their post, then great!)

Very Happy
