Cafe round the corner from me yesterday:
£4:90 - 2 Sausage, 3 bacon, 2 hash brown, 2 eggs, toast, beanz, a mountain of mushrooms, coffee
Best fry up i've had in years too would have had it today too but the snow weren't deep enough not to come to work.

Wishing I'd brought my Marshall stack and Les Paul into work, if I'd known I was the only one here, I would have loved to cranked it to 11 which I just can't do in my living room. Might just have to fuck the neighbours off with my rendition of "surfing with the sewage" which is like Surfing with the Alien, but shite _________________

People assuming that if they put loads more salt on the roads it would clear ALL the ice, i dont think they realise that even when the water has been saturated with salt it will still totally freeze at -21'c they seem to think that the council have that much salt, manpower and gritters out there JUST to clear a small village with a population of 300. It has been the worse snow for forty years, the news/MET office all issued weather warnings telling people not to drive unless it was ABSOLUTELY necessary, yet you get stuck in your 2wd car and blame it on the council. this particular dick with whom i was arguing even said "but they cope in other countries" to which i replied in other countries for example sweden poland etc, people are LEGALLY required to fit winter tyres and carry snow chains. "i dont think they realise that even when the water has been saturated with salt it will still totally freeze at -21'c"
coldest temp around the south has been -6, salt would still have worked. The thing that stopped the gritters getting out was the amount of abandoned cars littering the roads. There was even a woman that asked me how to put her Landy in 4WD. I said its already in 4WD you just need to lock the center diff.
"How do I do that?" Just goes to show really how prepared people have been.... |

Tusky, have you been giving advice out to 23 year old "Private Ambulance" taxi driver that I rescued out of the ditch this morning?! Twat was going to fast on an uncleared road, late for work, and not wearing a seatbelt. KNOB. Ended up with his front end in the fence, and both front wheels stuck firmly in the ditch. I refused to pull his car out for him but did drop him off at his place of work (RoadRunners in Horley) to explain to his boss (who also happens to be his dad) where the company vehicle was.
Days like these I think that natural selection should be left to take its course... _________________ An open mouth is a straight line to the mind.

Getting 'the phone call' at 3am (3rd time this year) as the police needed a keyholder to attend. Yep, dirty little scumbag 'have nots' yet again trying to take from the 'haves' instead of getting a job, earning the money and buying it.
Again they've broken in, got scared off by the alarm but have caused me lots of time and money to repair their damage.

You need Gary from our local garage.... looks like Uncle Fester but twice the size and hands like shovels...
Slept in the van by the garage and when the scum-bags tried to break in at 3:00am he jumped out on them... one promptly shat himself and ran into the Four Elms pond.... the other legged it up the road leaving his car behind... registered to him _________________ Boxhill Chippendales
