Maybe not the real slim shady. Cuoldn't think of another name in the five minutes I had when I signed up. I saw Fast and the furious the other day. Thinking of changing my name to 'crotchrocket'

If you see my grey R1 down at box then come and say hi. You'll know it's me, it's got a (very) silly no plate[/i]

Stuffed the new battery in the CBR and went for a ride round all the bike shops that were still open. Saw a nice Kenny Roberts R1 rep and a tricked up RVF400. Also found some really nice levers for the Zed made by CRG or somit but at £60 a set I walked away (crying).

It's apparently gonna snow here over the next few days so woohoo I may get to build a snowbiker. Gonna whack the camera on the tank tomorrow and tear around Knebworth Park Very Happy

Should've posted this yesterday but never mind!

I decided to give my bike a long overdue service and so i parked it in my garage, stripped off the bodywork ( only lost one fairing screw this time Rolling Eyes ), took the tank off and then thought hmmm what next!

I changed the plugs, the oil and filter and the air filter too.
This took me about an hour or so and when i had finished i looked at the bike and thought, what can i do next?

Then i thought to myself, I know, I'll strip the forks!
2.5 hours, new fork oil, seals and springs later the forks were done!

I put the bodywork back on, stepped back and thought to myself, Damn, all that effort and its still and bloody GPZ1000rx Laughing
