Being stopped by another of Surrey's Finest last night for "Enthusiastic Riding"
Another very nice and fair police biker. I've not had a bad experience with them yet.
Left me with the wise words - "Ride to arrive" (he didn't specify whether arrival should be on one wheel or two...)

ECG result showed nothing other than abnormal low heart rate@ 45BPM 
Still getting reffered 
I think this Doc is a bit stupid 
I have been given Ventolin and trained after having a puff and felt better than normal. I reckon its plain old asthma.

Just quote this to the Doc Andi:
"Note however that conditioned athletes often have resting heart rates below 60 bpm. Cyclist Lance Armstrong had a resting HR around 32 bpm, and it is not unusual for people doing regular exercise to get below 50 bpm. Other cyclists like Miguel Indurain also have a very low heart rate at rest (29 bpm)."
You've got to knock another 15 bpm off yet, get out training you lazy good-for-nothing!

a not so nice ride to HM Racings new home in edenbridge ...followed by a much improved ride home  ......Nice new dyno and room with a 10sec air refresh rate nice new workshop albeit still a work in progress ....ive said it once and ill say it again these guys certainly know thier stuff ....im now a happy bunny again
