it's not insane. I bought the domain name about 3 years ago. Forgot it still pointed here. It was a bit of an in joke as belm was a spoof website 'bringing employment to local mongs' it was rather politically incorrect and I got the domain name when it became available to pay homage to our former resident trolley wally AJ. For anyone who remembers the original site(which was nothing to do with me) i have two words for you... . Bahwoon and Mmmmmmnnnnng! _________________

Good aren't they eh? Personally, I couldn't justify the extra dollar for the R, fully adjustable suspension to me seemed a waste on a bike with such sublime out of the box handling, although I'd quite like the better front brake
When you getting one then? _________________

I'm no great David Bailey, but I think from the composition of that picture the photographer needs to go and relearn the basics. In short its rubbish. I do hope you haven't paid an over inflated price for a CD full of them!! |

Thanks for the opinion, but I'm no art critic and I like it. Pictures mean memories to me. _________________ Baby Biker Babe!

Track day pictures are generally of "variable" quality in my experience. Did ya get your knee down then?
Drop your inner shoulder and elbow a touch, move head more right of centre... You're going to enjoy CSS _________________

Haha No, but I'm really going to have to learn to move my body more to go any faster - ain't no more safety margins on those tyres!
Oi Wiv - where's my photo diary?

I'm really excited about it!!
I was slowly learning to improve on body positioning by the end of the day but I'm finding it a process. You should've seen the pics from the beginning of the day - bolt upright!!
By the end I was at least shifting one cheek off the seat, but from fooling around in the car park between sessions, it looks like I'd need to have no bum on the seat at all to get my knee anywhere near the floor!
I'll get there eventually (Body positioning that is - the knee is nice but not the be all for me) _________________ Baby Biker Babe!

It's not the be all, but you'll need to work on your body position to stop you running out of rubber, CSS will help with this, although L1 and L2 are not so much about body positioning, from memory L1 is corner entry, L2 is corner exit. All good stuff mind _________________

Don't get me wrong, if the pic brings back memories then thats all good, but what irks me is that some of the so called "Track Photograpers" charge an arm and a leg for not very good pics. When I provide a service, I like to take a bit of pride in a job well done. |
