2 weeks after starting to either cycle or walk every night I've suddenly realised a massive difference.
Did a 4 mile walk this evening over country tracks & hills tonight that 2 weeks ago would have left me gasping for breath and calling the Mrs to come collect me in the car. Tonight I took it in my stride and feel as if I could do the same again (excuse the pun).
As for the cycling, 2 weeks ago 2 miles nearly did for me but now I'm up to just under 10 miles of quiet roads and country tracks.

If you can get me a T-shirt with "Wide Load" printed on the back I might think about it lol.
Seriously, not this year Martin - I'm way too out of shape for something like that so soon (unless you want a Weeble on the team). BUT... I've already registered my interest in the London To Brighton "latex fashion show" for next year so I might be up to signing up for the Triathlon next year _________________ Opinions are like assholes...... Its true, I have a great wrist action and strong forearms, but then playing guitar around 4 hours a night will do that for ya _________________ Anything you say may be taken down and used as evidence in a court of law, or boxhill forum!!

Not been there in ages, was going to make that the stop on my Friday ride, but altered the route, and last time I was there it was full of Chromo-sexuals on Harleys _________________
