Having a leaflet put through the door offering me a discount on solar panelling.

Hmm, I live in a listed house with a thatched roof in a conservation area. Confused

Aha I can think of one place they can install it. Sadly somewhere where the sun don't shine. Very Happy

It just astounds me that the solar company does not appear to give any delivery guidelines to the distributors or even do research on an area before wasting time, money and resources. Rolling Eyes

Leafleting doesn't always work that way..... when times are hard, I get off my arse and stick out leaflets.... true the majority of my leaflets would be aimed at ABC1 demographic but you can't rule out the fact that some houses and homeowners often know someone that might just want a product or service even if it is of no use to them.... for that reason, I often deliver a percentage to smaller more modest houses.

At least 50% of all my leaflet related enquiries have come via third parties. Wink
