WMMST. Finally.

http://www.guardian.co.uk/uk/2012/jan/03/stephen-lawrence-verdict-guilty-murder?newsfeed=true

I'm not going into any rights or wrongs of why it happened, or indeed the motives. Just nice to see justice finally being served for the murder of this young man, regardless of the colour of his skin.

Agreed so long as the right people have been brought to justice out of the "5 or 6" involved

Unfortunately, the weight of the new evidence would not normally be enough to secure a conviction, I fear this may be repealed at some later date allowing these two animals to wander the streets with pockets full of compensation. This all happened not a million miles from where I grew up and I am the same age/school year as Stephen would have been/was, my g/f at the time lived in the next street from the fateful bus stop... Consequently, the names that came up were of little suprise to me. The press of course latched onto the story and made it what it became for their own political agendas by discrediting the Police and fuelling racial tension in an already sensitive area. It's possible that this pair will be sentanced as minors as they were minors (i think) at the time of the murder... we've not heard the last of this...

Dobson and Norris 15 & 14 years respectively. Very lenient given their persistent lies. Now for the other 3 animals to be brought to justice please.

Saw them at Lewisham Odeon, Hammersmith Odeon x 2 and The Raibow @ Chalk Farm - one of the greatest live bands around - started off as a pub band.

Yeah the "good" engine I bought one of the head gaskets has gone, ebay seller doesn't want to know... Thanks to MrSlapE I've been put in contact with a chap with a rather low mileage mill to fit... although I'll need to change the cam belt before I do so as it's been sat idle for 3 years and they tend to get stuck in shape over time and then do naughty things that involve them jumping/breaking and generally causing a ding/ping/bang valves meet pistons type scenario.
