WMMST... My TomTom rider is back from being repaired... hope it lasts longer this time... last one died in the rain, and the one before that the plastic had corroded causing it to vibrate in the mount and making the contacts on the back had arc out. Not sure how many more times I can work the fit for purpose oracle on it though. _________________

Can't fault the customer service in that I originally purchased the unit years ago... _________________

WMMST: discovering on Friday that Kreiga really lives up to it's waterproof name; finding some awesome dorset and wiltshire twisties in the glorious sunshine on Sunday and Monday; finishing a 450-mile long weekend in the dry today; and discovering just how much fun the ZX9-R can be.... oh dear, I think the Striple just found a rival for my affections :-( and Steve might have lost his bike (he doesn't know it yet though! ) _________________ An open mouth is a straight line to the mind.

I've booked advance train tickets, got to the online checkout and found out it was only £7 to upgrade to first class with free lunch. So I did Tally ho! _________________ Mini Cooper S |

Would have considered one of the Campbell's ones as i like to buy British wherever poss (apart from the jap bike, German clothing made in china and Italian boots. Oh, and Canadian lid), but the Ixil is a tidier fit and over £100 cheaper. It's hard to find a neat exhaust that fits under the funny swingarm on the Versys, although the Scorpion came a close second. |

WMMST... errr well yesterday... having not been able to find anything sturdy enough or exactly what I wanted (i.e. not open shelves) I recyled some old school desk tops to make what Ikea might call "Güünkstäänd" for my garage. Still have a pile of them left to make some more units as and when.
