WMMST... well Saturday, in addition to making PJDJ's riser bolts I made a new swing arm pivot for Keiths brothers Yamazuki (RD350 with RGV250 forks and swing arm)
The swing arm pivot for the conversion (L) needs to be OD 25mm, ID 16mm. The original (R) was OD 24mm ID 16mm
Enjoyed the challenge of how to make it without damaging the ends that the bearings run on & also how to grind the centre section, then turn down. (before any smart arse comments about suitable material - it was precision ground induction hardened steel shaft  )
