I feel like that at times Tinks, had nothing but problems since we have been with them from December, we had a dodgy phone line for three months and they have only just sorted it, not to mention a dodgy box that locked up every time we watched telly and when you speak to them trying to sort it over the phone your always in the wrong department i did full circl the other day in the end i told them to stuff it and slammed the phone down, What a bunch idiots.
