OK ...Fairy Nuff
My twats just started asking for timesheets ...woo-hoo!! ...idjuts didn't realise I actually work more than my contracted 36hrs ...so I'll be claiming back my overtime from now on ...Sorry but I get really annoyed by people who focus on inputs rather than outputs ...wtf difference does it make how many hours I am officially 'at work'? ...surely the thing that matters is whether or not our patients have a better experience 'cos of me ...isn't that what 'Service Development' means??
Grrrr ...time to chill ...and go to bed... |

You nailed it. You make the difference to your patients' quality of life, not your paycheck, sadly. I burnt out on this issue years ago too - don't make it so it stops you helping... _________________ If the phone doesn’t ring, it’s me... |

Grats to Roger!! He be coming to boxhill?
Got a haircut today, the gal cutting my hair had a great personality...actually made sitting there enjoyable, looked quite nice too. _________________ You start the game of life with a full pot o' luck and an empty pot o' experience. My brother collected his son's bike this morning, that I tarted up. It passed the MOT and cleared a space in the shed for my next project. My son has just bought a bike to learn on and take his test. _________________ It's all down to quality of life ! |
