Had a few maggot infested dead animal,s stuck in intercoolers/radiators over the years, make you proper gag when you have to take them out.

Thought I'd grit our road so I'd have some hope of getting to council gritted roads in the morning. No chance. The tight arsed council haven't replenished the bins since last time when they were only 1/4 full anyway.
Looks like a day off tomorrow if we get the dumping they're threatening. Would walk in but still can't shift this chest infection and 4 miles in snow would finish me off. Baileys coffee for elevensies anyone?

A217 looks like it's running ok, just need to get to it!

Good 6 inches of snow and cant get out of our car park. Looked out on the main road this morning and saw a car loosing control right infront of me
No way am I gonna be trying to drive in this - I've already forked out 2 insurance excesses in the last month and loosing a days wage is a lot cheaper than another insurance excess !!!

No one coming in to work I drove in there is only six inchs of snow take it steady drve in a higher gear. Our country really has gone soft oh well going back home as no one is here pub here I come.  |
